NOTES

I took ELEKTRI4KA's video source and tried to clean it up a bit. It
looks alot better now. I increased brightness/contrast and adjusted
some levels. I used a warp sharp and noise filter and tried to smoothen
the image out. Finally, I tweaked the colors a bit as they were very dull.
A sample is included. Overall based on a CAM, I'd say V 8 / A 7. Cheers[/code]
